My name is Victory DM

And below is one of my pictures while struggling to make ends meet as a Nigerian Student

When I gained admission into the University

I had two things in mind:

And the determination to achieve this made me try many money-making activities while in school…

At the same time making sure I graduated as a First Class Student.

After my first year as an undergraduate, I made a CGPA of 4.74

Yet, I never entered a fancy restaurant, cinema, or any place that even screamed comfort

I used all the money I make then to survive from one month to another…

Until the holiday came and I was focused on two things:

After seeing that the N7,000/Month is not enough in Year Two, I started applying for scholarships with my friends.

I also decided to take on an opportunity to work for a Network Marketing Company

Where I sell health products to people including market women, passengers etc

It was one of the most stressful moments of my life

I wasn’t even making up to N10,000/Month

Yet, I finished the session with a 4.84 CGPA

And, after applying for numerous scholarships, I was finally awarded one.

The Guinness Nigeria Plc Scholarship

It was an N100,000-per-year scholarship

After I got the money, I paid N10,000 as tithe and spent no dime in the remaining money

I used it to buy my first laptop.

In my third year as an Undergraduate, I decided to join a mentorship community known as Tenadre Mentees

Where I got numerous certificates after learning on Udemy and Coursera

It was during this period I stumbled upon the Google Digital Skill For Africa which spiked my interest in online marketing

Fortunately for me,

Things begin to turn around for me this time.

I won 2 More scholarships; NNPC/Chevron scholarship and MTN Foundation Scholarship.

Also finished the session with a 4.87 CGPA

At this point, I decided to start my online business which I called DM Merchandise where I sold phone accessories to students

I invested most of my scholarship money in the business

In 2020, I decided to learn Facebook ad advertising so I can run ads to promote and grow my business

After growing my business for a while, I dumped it and focus more on Facebook Advertising after seeing how lucrative it is

By Year 4,

I was now a Facebook Ads expert running Ads for Businesses

And hosting several trainings to teach others how to run Ads too

Also won my 4th Scholarship; Federal Government Scholarship

I finally left the school hostel and rented an apartment so I could focus more on My Online Business

I started missing a few classes

But always stayed updated and relied on smart friends to teach me things

Still finished with a 4.64 GPA

By the Year 5,

I Spent most of my time working on my Online Business

Read what I needed to maintain my grade

The idea was,

Read little on the average day,

But go full force when it’s close to Tests or exams

I read with Smart friends, and it made things way easier

At the end of the session, I graduated as First Class Engineering student And Also Built An 8-figure/Year Advertising Agency

The name of my agency is VictoryDM Agency and I help businesses generate qualified leads via paid advertisement

I have worked with top internet marketers in Nigeria like Jackto Precious, Golibe Ilechukwu, Caleb Nwanneka, Joy Agbim etc
